Vantage Bridge develops applications and technology infrastructure for athletic tournaments and events, bringing the same connective-infrastructure discipline to sport — coordinating logistics, data, and participant experience across complex, multi-stakeholder competitions.
The underlying work is broader than either vertical: Vantage Bridge exists to design and operate the connective infrastructure — the workflows, compliance frameworks, and governance layers — that let excellent, specialized organizations operate as one coordinated system, wherever that system needs to be built.

Leadership
Neil (Cheng-Lin) Yang
Founder & CEO
Neil founded Vantage Bridge with a background in operations, digital marketing, and cross-border business. His experience spans investor outreach and CRM systems, sales strategy and technology infrastructure, and marketing work with an international trade company based in Taiwan — experience that informs Vantage Bridge's cross-border healthcare model directly. A longtime organizer of sports tournaments internationally, Neil also brings hands-on experience in tournament logistics to Vantage Bridge's Sports Technology practice. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (Co-op) from Humber College.
Anderson Chen, PhD
Founder, Vantage Bridge Health
Anderson Chen is a physicist, founder, and technology executive with over two decades of experience turning advanced science into operating businesses. For fifteen years he owned and operated ICC Consulting LLC, providing software development, NIST-traceable detector calibration, and engineering services. He closed the practice to found PRISMA Therapeutics, a biotech venture applying fluorescent chemistry and machine learning to single-molecule protein sequencing, and led it from laboratory concept through company formation; the company is now completing its Series A financing.
At Boston University, Anderson served as Technical Director of the Neurophotonics Center and managed a core imaging facility — a fee-for-service scientific operation with multi-stakeholder clients, instrument uptime obligations, and quality standards — while lecturing at the university. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer of the AI Division at LFA Global, building advanced AI predictive tools and owning AI strategy, risk, and budget.
Vantage Bridge Health is personal as well as professional. Anderson is Taiwanese, with family roots in Taiwan, and has been a patient in its medical system himself — choosing Taiwanese diagnostic imaging over US alternatives for its quality, speed, and cost. The company connects North American patients to that same capacity, applying the discipline he has brought to running scientific service operations to cross-border healthcare access.
John McGregor Westwood
Co-Founder
John brings over 25 years of multi-jurisdictional immigration and global mobility practice to Vantage Bridge, with a career spanning Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland — including a founding role in Canada's immigration consultant regulator. He earned an MA (Econ) from the University of Glasgow and has a professional interest in medico-legal studies. Vantage Bridge's core premise — that the best outcomes come from connecting systems — grew directly out of two decades working across borders.
Kliniko Health + Travel is the first system Vantage Bridge has connected to Canadian governance.
